I'd try some others first, if getting into less known shops (JMO);

I don't think Phoenix falls into this category... ties to CRIS, I'm way less confident in BFC. I also think BTJ can't prove Lenny runs that place.

I'm willing to play at Phoenix, and I do play there. I don't trust them to the extent I would of a book like the Greek, but I think they are for real.
