If you must use an over the counter supp for fat loss, eca and green tea extract both work to a small degree. Don't bother with any other otc supps they're useless for fat loss purposes. And dont bother with gear, youre not ready for it and when you are, dont look for info here. The little said here may have been tongue in cheek but it was bad info nonetheless.

Veggies, fish, chicken, gym 5 days a week. Cheat meals are cottage cheese and Ruby Tuesday salad bar.
I am old school when it comes to weights. I wouldn't mind doing some of this crossfit crap. Normally, I do chest/ shoulders day 1, then arms, back day 2, legs abs day 3. I need some fun cardio. I can't do treadmill. Bores the hell out of me. 5 minutes seems like an hour. I even have gotten behind a hot girl with a nice ass and stared at that. Still got bored
