The first thing I have to ask is "Are you attracted to her because she is the only good looking woman there? as the others are "Pigs" seriously Rosie O'Donnell doesn't look that bad next to Bea Arthur. How does she compare to the real world girls.

I'm not sure if you or your friends have a bratty sister? Treat them like they are annoying you in some way...but keep it playful. Like that young kid who always wanted to hang around but it was embarrassing to have around but you let them because they were a friend of somebody.

Do you guys ever go out after work? Drinks on a Friday? Have you invited her out? A good one is if you have some cool female friends invite her out to Bar/Club/Lounge/Chuck e Cheese or what ever make sure you're already there with your other girlfriends even though these girls are just friends your office girl will start getting protective of you or at least see that you are attractive to other women. It goes back to the theory of 'Its easier to get a girl when you've already got a girl' Women see a man with other women and get curious about what he has, or at least it shows that the man has something going on.
