I liked the Eye Of The Beholder where Ellie May (Donna Douglas) is the ugly one and the pig faces are the beautiful people who conduct plastic surgery on her to make her look normal like them

rod is the man, notice he wrote most of the classic episodes

Rod is not around anymore but he was great. Remember how he was always smoking a cigarette in his introductions? You would never see anything like that nowadays in this PC world. People just smoked their brains out in those days unaware of the dangers.

Those are great....but here is one of my favorites...don't recall the name: guy had old gold pocketwatch, that by pulling the crown out or whatever would stop time for everyone but the one in possession of the watch. He decided like many of us would (outside of groping some women) that he would rob a bank. Everything is going swimmingly and ....AND

He drops the watch, it breaks, and time is frozen forever with him unable to do anything other than wander around with frozen people and not able to do a darn thing. Except grope women...but the show was over before he started doing that.

I just started watching this on Netflix and it's amazing how many classic concepts came out of this tv show. Eye of the Beholder has to be one of the best episodes I've seen so far.

what's great about this show is that if you talk to 20 different people and ask them
what's their favorite episode was; then you will get at least 15 different answers.
you know what, one could easily make a point for all of them. that gives you an
idea how good that show was.

SyFy channel is having a Twilight Zone Marathon today and the best episode is at 3 central

Most Unusual Camera. A two bit thief has a camera that if you take a picture with this camera the picture will come true about 10 seconds. They go to the race track and clean up by taking a picture of the tote board....Classic
I could have used that camera before that fvckin' Mind That Bird won the Derby. I might have been the only one to cash on that damn horse.

The Burgess Meredith episode where he is librarian is a one the great ones. Jack Warden as the prisoner on an asteroid with the robotic girl is also a classic.

I missed the episodes. The Abe Lincoln show was and still is one of my favorite 30 minutes of TV EVER. So innovative and progressive.

Which episode is that? The one where a man travels back in time and tries to stop his assassination?

As I watch more and more of this show there are great episodes but some are real duds that shouldn't even qualify as episodes of the Twilight Zone.

The last episode, The Bewitchin Pool, is awful. The Mighty Casey episode is also a dud and doesn't even really seem like an episode of the Twilight Zone. There are definitely some great episodes in that last season, the Living Doll episode and Nightmare at 20,000 Feet are great.
