Best rewards credit cards?

You get a $300 credit though on travel, that can be airlines, hotels, etc. So when I signed up for the reserve I made a large purchase that I was going to make anyways. This got me the 100,000 points. Also I stay in hotels frequently so I used up that $300 credit quick and the fee is only $150 basically, which I will make up easy with points.

This is my daily card as well. To be clear this is $300 credit per CALENDAR YEAR. Meaning if you get the $300 credit in 2016, you can get it in 2017, 2018, etc for as long as you own the card. Some people get the card say today, get $300 in credit this year, do it again in 2017 cancel the card after a year (only paying the $450 once) and net making $150 plus get the 100,000 points which are easily worth $2,000. So you net $2150 (and more with the benefits) just for applying. Those who travel, it's easily if not the best card out there

This is the winner. I downgraded my preferred to a no fee card when this one came out. This is my everyday credit card.


I have 275,000 pts on this card. Good for over $4,000 in travel. I'll be going to Aruba for free in 2019 or 2020

Anyone with good credit who doesn't take advantage of travel rewards cards on everyday spending is bat shit crazy. It's money you would be spending anyway. Why not use the card for the rewards and pay it off each month? I've been trying to convince my parents for years but they are too old school. Its so insane. Throwing money right out the window.
