strawberry field salad is very different and really enjoyable.
They gave me 2 different dressing, the apple balsamic was incredible. Really enjoyed all components (except blue cheese crumbs)
I agree 100% about fat.
Only one I'm talking about is industrialized tranfat.
I avoid it 100%.
Only fat I avoid are fat women...
Can't say I avoid 100%, but do try to limit for sure. But, at the same time, it's hard to argue with all these country folk in their 90's that 'm surrounded by that still cook with a straight block of lard. That's all my grandma will use...
I can be a sucker for Grandma's Fried Chicken, and waffles too.
To hell with those. Should've known I avoid those at all cost.Thats naturally occurring transfats.
Im talking about the industrial occurring transfats that have not been in existence but only 40 years or so.
Will have to give the Arby's sammich a try. I live near one but somehow never manage to go there.
As far as fast food though, there is absolutely nothing on this earth that bears a RomanBurger from Mr Hero:
Whenever I go visit family in Ohio, I make sure to get one of these on every single trip. Hamburger meat, grilled salami on top, provolone cheese, Italian dressing...it sounds bizarre at first. But saying it's phenomenal doesn't do it justice. If you're lucky enough to live within 50 miles of a Mr Hero, I automatically hate you.

Yea. It was good riddance. Can't tell the difference in most. Biggest thing I hate is when they take fat out of food and add too much salt back for the flavor. Fat is flavor. Lookin at certain "healthy" foods, the regular version is actually better for you because of the difference in sodium content. Most see the words healthy and go for it without thinking twice. Not I.Not hard to avoid.
The food industry has done an amazing job getting rid of them in there foods the last 3 or 4 years.
I tried the Arby's Smokehouse brisket and it sucked. Mostly because the ingredients seemed stale. This is why fast food sucks, too much variety.

When you order the Romanburger be sure to add a fried egg on top of this as its the bomb or add double meat to this and dont hate LOL
So busy I haven't had time to go grocery shopping and I was starving and just wanted to pick something so I could watch the games at home...
Arby's smokehouse brisket sandwich
beyond amazing. It was loaded with crispy onion straws. Perfect amount of bbq and mayo. I would never ever put Mayo on it. Sounds gross as I type it. But, damn that was perfect.
give it a try
