Bill Belichick, the man with 7 rings and 10 appearances
All done in the easiest era ever played in. Not to mention, the conference they played in and still play in has been the worst in the past 20 years

When did Buddy Ryan win his one ring again? As a coordinator +?

I've posted facts about the Patriots domination often enough, including last week, not going to do it again. Suffice to say, no matter what record or what methodology or what angle or what analysis you use, the Patriots come out on top and there's really no close second. That's not an opinion, that's based on math

But they can’t beat the Giants when it counts. Eli 2 Brady 0

As for the thread topic, Belichick is probably the best of today’s era but it’s close, but in my opinion Landry was the GOAT when it came to defense.

Capers doesn't sniff top 10. Laundry and Belichek are tops. Could possibly make an argument for Wade.

How good would Buddy Ryan have been had he not had Danimal, Dent, Singletary (all HoFers), Marshall, Wilson, Fenick & Duerson (all pro bowl/All Pro) on defense?

Buddy Ryan revolutionized NFL Defenses by introducing the zone blitz as throwing became a bigger part of the game. Everyone on that Chicago team looked immensely better than their peers around the league because of it. The zone blitz wreaked havoc on opposing offenses.

Read the post again and try to comprehend it’s meaning. Head to head...Eli 2 Brady 0
And head to head matters what in regards to this thread??
The Patriots beat 5 other teams to win the SB, because they lost twice to the Giants matters?

At the end of the day Brady = 5, Eli = 2

Nothing else matters so your statement to begin with is fundamentally retarded.

Lol, I said it to piss off Patriot fans and it worked. And yes, to me, a guy who grew up in New England as a Giant fan since 1963, Eli beating Brady 2 times means something. And it means something to every Giants fan because we love pissing off Patriot fans. And it matters to you also or you wouldn’t be so pissed off about it.

And my response was directed at Willie because I know he is a Patriots fan and I don’t like Willie. Too bad if my rubbing in the obvious that Brady could not beat Eli in 2 games when it really counted offends you. Eli 2 Brady 0 when it really mattered.

An even dumber response....how is that possible.

You went on a tangent about the Pats being 0-2 against the Giants when it had NOTHING to do with the thread.

Patriots fans have 5 Superbowls in the last 17 years, you think they give two shits about losing to the Giants twice??

They cared at the time, but that is ancient history.

Brady = 5, Eli = 2

And at what point in my response did you really think I was upset?? lol

That was my response to Willie, that you are calling a tangent, when he went off topic about the Patriots dominance. So yes you are either upset with my very logical post or you’re a fucking idiot. You pick which one.

And you will also note that after I addressed Willie, who actually went off on the tangent to start with, I did address the thread topic. Nothing at all wrong with my post other than the facts pissed you off.

And by the way, I did grow up in New England. In a small town where half the town are Red Sox and Patriot fans, and half are Yankees and Giants fans. If you think Patriot fans don’t care about those 2 losses then you aren’t really a true Patriots fan. You’re not fooling a guy who has known hundreds of Patriot fans since they were the Boston Patriots. I was 16 years old the year they became the New England Patriots, and as a true Giant fan, I know the true Patriot fan does care lol.
