some very good names in this thread.

for me, its always been peter warrick. there have been plenty of great players over the years. but when he got the ball in his hands in the passing game or on a punt return, you truly felt he could go the distance every single time.

close second would be reggie bush.

and marshall faulk was electric in college too. hes probably one of the few who happened to be outstanding in college ... and then truly outstanding in the pros. thats rarer than people think.

They're still scrapin him off my stucco.

I gotta give some love to to some option QBs. The below two guys were tough and had impeccable W/L records. They both won national championships as well.

If we're talking about option QB's, Jack Mildren has to be listed with the alltime best..He's the one who pretty much put the wishbone/option on the map.

Ricky Williams. The guy turned out to be a total bust in the NFL other than 2 years, but he was an absolute beast at UT.

Leroy Selmon and Earl Campbell are the two most dominate players at their positions that I've seen in person.

This is the first time I looked in this thread and I was going to answer exactly the same way . . . . . . . the only thing is that most of these guys in here have probably never seen these two guys play as much as we have, GS. But, I've seen all these other guys listed and I can't say that they were better than the two you listed.
