Do you think JGBO is a table pounding buy at 7.25? Looks to me like they had some trouble, but have it taken care of. 100+ million in cash, selling at market cap of 75 Million.

I liked JGBO at one time, but not right now. I'll give them another Q or two to straighten out their earnings/revenue issues and maybe re-visit. You'll likely not lose money by investing in JGBO, i'm just not sure where the up-side potential is right now. Prob worth $12ish.

Can you please give updates on:

YONG
CSGH
DNNC
CGDI
LPIH
CHIO
DJSP

Any table pounders on the horizon?

YONG -- it's cheap for 100% growth, not favorable on Wall St now, but looks ready to make a move. Looking for $12-15 in the next 6 months.

CSGH -- love it, hasnt gotten much love lately, but it's cheap considering their balance sheet and cash-flow. Not to mention you're basically buying a mine in Africa for free at these prices, so you get a solid growing company in a hot space plus a free mine ... what's not to like!?

CGDI -- made a nice move from the .30 range ... still cheap. $2 long-term target here.

LPIH -- getting noticed, probably one of the cheapest of the small caps.

CHIO -- questionable business model, management cant be taken seriously until they show me where the money is going to come from. I still like it, but it has a high level of opportunity cost right now.

DJSP -- long-term winner. $20+ price target for me.

DNNC -- ugh, still holding but lost a lot of hope. If Deros executes his business plan, this will be a winner.

No new table-pounders right now ... YHGG probably was, but i was concerned it could be a scam. Shouldve went with my gut and bought more in the .70s as it's close to $2 now only two days after i mentioned it here. Blah!

CCME is still a table-pounder at these prices ... anything under $15 is a steal imo. DJSP is still cheap, but not like it was 33% ago when i said it was a table-pounder at $9.

Thanks for the updates. I've got some money in my 401k to transfer over to my self-directed account. I'm already pretty heavily in CCME, but I'm going to add more and also buy more DJSP.

Hold off adding more DJSP ... reason being the warrants are likely going to be called in which will put a temporary ceiling on the stock until the warrants have all been exercised. I reduced my position by 20% with intentions of reloading on any weakness due to the warrant conversions.

You're golden with CCME, it's back to a 40% position for me, lol. Even though i'm breaking my 33% rule, i cant get enough of this one under $15. Wait til big money is done loading up and they cover their shorts, sucker is gonna pop hard!!

JGBO

$90M cash

32% YoY decrease in non-GAAP net income -- due partly to the need to shut down production line for six weeks due to GMP re-certification of their factory which takes place once every 5 years.

The problem was, they didnt disclosed that their business was shut down for government inspection for that full six weeks until AFTER the quarter was reported. Revenues were CUT IN HALF for that quarter; therfore, the stock tanked on the news.

There were more issues in the latest filing that should have been disclosed earlier, like a huge payment for land-use rights in the TENS of MILLIONS of dollars.

Not to mention management has been talking about up-listing for over a year now, I believe, yet havent taken any steps to up-list to my knowledge.

So, like i said previously, i dont see too much down-side risk, but i'm not impressed with the way management conducted themselves. While I truly think you'll make money with this one, i think there are better places for your money.

Case in point: BSPM, CKGT, LTUS, SKBI are all much better investments with more defined up-side and reliable management.

JGBO toute working plus 20% today

Yessir, JGBO was already over-sold to begin with, so any volume push was sure to kick-start a little rally.

I'll wait for the financial re-statements. There's better places for my money in the mean time : )

Didn't know you were into CNOA Kuwl.

Curious what your thoughts are on this stock.

Yeah, I was touting CNOA when it was in the .50s a long while back. Then earnings were a disappointment, but there were reasons for their miss, so I held and bought more when they sold it off hard from $1.20+ back down to .60.

I'm looking forward to seeing what they have to say this Q ... right now it's kind of on my wait-and-see list because it seems cheap and there's a lot of potential. But, it's important to not over-speculate and be patient since so many companies have reported solid earnings only to be sold off shortly thereafter.

So, i'd say at these prices CNOA is likely a good investment, but if you're not already invested, i'd wait a bit longer and see what the 10-K says.

CCME

This is how big-money accumulates a stock they really like. Buy the snot out of it, load up on shorts, sell off your monster position and confuse everyone in the process.

Then, re-accumulate most of what you sold without covering your shorts until you're fully loaded. Then cover your shorts, driving up the price in the process, while also attracting other big-money and momentum traders. OBV tracks, institutional buying:

What do you make of Searchmedia Holdings (IDI)?

Stone:

Sorry it took me a while to get back to you ... i did some diggin' into IDI and didnt really like what I found. Just wasnt impressed with management's performance for the most part.

CCME seems like the spotlight stealer when compared to any others in the same or a similar industry. Nice find though, you likely wont lose money, but I think you'll make a lot more with CCME.

IDI has warrants too fwiw, so if you choose IDI, go with the warrants so you have more leverage.

Any idea when this redemption might occur? It's been dropping a little bit every day, so I suspect it's close.

DJSP Warrants

Nah, it's pretty much consolidating right now. Up 33% in a little over a month, needs a breather.

Warrants havent been called-in yet. But when they do, it'll probably take a few more weeks to churn thru them all. I'll let the board know when they get called in, but there will be a PR for this, so keep your eyes out in case i miss it.
