This is silly. Buy your favorite American stocks on the dip, my guess is we close at least .25% higher on the day

Funny, I just came to post I was buying at $3.06. I flipped a bunch at $3.40 yesterday, so I'm re-buying at a real discount today. Got 2k so far and wanting at least 2k more. Wont pay more than $3.06 right now though

Guess $3.06 was too much. I moved back to $3.01 for the last 2k I want.

Nevermind, I'll take another 2k at $2.96 if I can get it. Sh!t, I'll probably end up with BSPM as my biggest holding after today. .30 pull-back on light volume. I say we go much higher tomorrow or Friday.

I own a couple Chinese small caps:

CEU
LPIH
CRJI
OLOU
JADA

Only the first 2 are worth owning, the bottom 3 are complete shit right now, although they may shoot up a little bit in the coming months. CEU just announced earnings this afternoon and things are looking very promising right now with this stock. I also think LPIH has a lot of potential.

See, JADA put out an awesome Q. Up .26 today. Told you not to rule that one out : )

CHFI Owns 5M shares of JADA. CHFI should start to run on JADA's big announcement.

Bought the snot out of this one today. Was really hoping for a big pull-back to get more. Added another 1k at $12.35. If it's not over $20 in 3 months, I'll be amazed and will have to re-assess my investment decisions. Dont think that'll happen though, $25 is very likely ... doubler

I flipped some CHFI from .38 to .52 and picked up some
CHIO at .84
CNOA at .745
CSOL at .33
CCGY at .50
over the last 2 weeks or so with the same intention.
I'm hoping to get some CYXN at .45 tomorrow.

I have core investments in each of those (only $250-700 in each for fun and learning) that are down 10-35% but hopefully I can make a buck on some flips while I sit on the core shares for 6-24 months. I made the mistake on CPQQ of selling my flip shares AND my core position back at 1.66 - a bit of a premature ejection that cost me a couple hundred dollars. If I'm taking the risk I should prob sit around for the reward part :103631605 Same with my sell order on BSPM that triggered at 2.95 just ten minutes before it went to $3.45 LOL

Are you guys setting GTC sell limit orders? Or trailing orders? Or what?
Like today, I think a trailing order would have made me more on CHFI and same with BSPM a few days ago but I fear in some cases the MM will strip you of your shares in a worse position. Maybe that's just a noob misconception I have? Please share some advice on this if you guys have any. I guess I have been thinking limit because of the volatility of these stocks.

Absolutely, you should always keep core shares in the these stocks unless I advise to sell. There will be one in my next post shortly.

As for your investments, you have a good mix. However, BSPM, TSTC, and YUII are my biggest holdings and those are the ones I like most of the near-term. CHIO is in my top-10 and I think it will do great, but I like the others a lot more. Percentage wise, they're all fairly equal.

As for CPQQ, total bummer man ... you missed out on a huge run. I will look to re-enter around $2.30 if possible, otherwise there are other plays out there that interest me more. Same with BSPM, although now it's pulled back to where you sold and the market is giving you another chance. BSPM will be $5 by March/April IMO, I wouldnt be selling a lot at these levels ... although, I flipped all my trading shares at $3.40 and re-bought yesterday and today between $2.90 and $3.06.

I dont think you can use stop-losses on the OTCBB stocks, but the big names (YONG, YUII, TSTC, and CHIO) you can.

As for selling, I'm an active trader/investor. I'm in front of my computer (two monitors makes it easier) monitoring the i-hub forum and my basic trading platform. On my 2nd monitor, I have charts and Level 2 information, and I make quick moves based off what I see. I set volume alerts in everything I watch, and if there is unusually high volume, I typically immediately buy more or sell a lot because something is going on, lol.

Always use limit orders. I rarely set orders in advance, it's usually a decision based on the spot. Like JADA, I didnt plan on selling that until $1.50, but today's huge move was over-extended and I didnt think it would hold. I sold all at .88-.93 and will look to re-buy on a day the market is getting hammered and if it sells back down to .50ish.

Hope this helps a little. As for CYXN @ .45, see my next post.

Dunnn Dunnn Dunnn ...

Well, we all knew this day would eventually come. I'm sure some of the nay-sayers never imagined I would do this, but a disappointment like this is unforgiveable and I am removing a position entirely from my account ... tomorrow.

CYXN ^<<^

So sad, too bad. Bummer, I had bought over $5k worth in the last 2-3 days. Shouldve guessed insiders had leaked information, there was too much selling the last few days.

They just put out the shittiest of shitty Q earnings. .01 EPS vs a forecasted .04. This doesnt fly with me at all and I will be selling my entire position tomorrow. I expect CYXN to take at least a 20% haircut tomorrow, possibly as much as 35%.

For those that dont own CYXN, there might be a bounce early in the AM. If it gets to .33 in the first hour of trading, it's probably a buy ... that was resistance coming up from .23, so I'm guessing that'll be resistance going down. I will leave a buy order in for 10k shares at .33 hoping it gets filled just so I can flip it one last time in remembrance of the money it made me.

For those of you that do own CYXN, I hope you made some money on the run from .23 to .80 and took profits along the way. If you are unable to sell first thing in the morning, this will eventually come back to .45-.60 in another 3-6 months I'm guessing ... however, with this disappointment, I realize there are siginificant other opportunities out there and better places for my (and your) money.

Sorry CYXN, but you're going into Jim Cramer's Sell Block. !<<)

YUII +5% on the day, to $6.10

I didnt get a chance to post this earlier, but the big 39k seller at $5.85 got taken out today with an inter-market swap. Before you ask ... an inter-market swap is when a Market Maker buys all the shares with the intent of selling them over time, incrementally. My guess is this MM will be selling them at much higher prices than today's close.

My PPS target for YUII is $12 in the next 5 months, but probably sooner. I dont intend to day trade this one because it has a small float for such a large company and it can move drastically with little or no alerts.

Now, for YUII to explode on a day when the market is tanking shows how under-valued this company is. Money Managers flock to opportunities like YUII on down days when they think the market is heading lower because, in essence, it's a value play.

YUII had put out an awesome Q a little over a week ago, but it got sold down on the news because this big seller came along and decided he wanted to cash out. If you dont own YUII, you should buy it tomorrow.

Once YUII crosses $6.16, it will trigger the Parabolic SAR (a tool Technical/Chart investors use as a bullish buying signal). Triggering the SAR will bring in substantial volume and, with this low float, it will move quick! Another bullish signal it gave today was close above the 50-day moving average (which was $6.05).

I fully expect YUII to be at $8 in the next few weeks pending an immense market correction. I hope you own YUII when it crosses $6.16, 'nuff said.
