Now we just want to hold onto some small gains for the day and we Rally hard next week. I'm still dissecting the job report myself, but I dont think it's all that ugly

While technically not Chinese (Taiwan company) I still like it.

LED Company = Hot Industry. Very under-priced IMO. We could easily rally above $5 in a year.

Market cap only $21MM - Revenues could easily triple that in a year!

Look at their sales growth -- 6X last year, and at a profit margin of over 20%. Plus the fact they are going to get into home depot, costco , etc. they could easily hit $60 MM in sales by next year. This stock could easily go up 6X its current price in one year.

-- I'm still researching this one, but love what I see so far. Definitely worth it to take a starter position before others realize how great this company is and could be in the near-term future.

jobs are so lagging all that matters on that front is what happens going forward

i say it stays high and we continue to slowly lose more jobs plus the past week or so you are starting to see more and more annoucements coming out for future layoffs

Yeah, it's tough to say right now. I hear some CEOs saying they fired too many people and need to strengthen their workforce. I hear others saying they're going to continue operating lean & mean (which is what I assume most companies will do ... "you work more hours for the same pay or lose your job becuz there are a lot of others looking for work").

I dont think the Market is really concerned with unemployment unless it gets over 12% ... otherwise, it's a gift in disguise because Fed has to keep rates low.

BSPM looking very nice heading into earnings.

HQS: I took a very small position, 500 shares just to see how earnings play out. It's marginable, so it was easier for me to take a small position without tying up too much capital.

ALIF: pissing me off, still cant get my entry price of $1.15 ... it hit $1.18 the other day. I really want to get in, but considering it's still a little over-bought, I dont want to pay up, lol. Ahh well, there are plenty others out there to make money off of, I just think this one has a bright future considering the 3M deal and all the Adult Swim games they'll be porting over to the Iphone App store.

Moody's changes China's ratings outlook to positive from stable:

Moody's Investors Service has changed China's ratings outlook to positive from stable in light of the country's resilient, robust and relatively stable macroeconomic performance during the turbulence of the past year, and is also taking the view that its strong credit fundamentals will likely resume an improving trend as its economy emerges from the effects of the global recession.

The rating action affects the government's A1 foreign and local currency bond ratings, as well as China's A1 country ceilings for foreign and local currency bank deposits, and for its A1 ceilings for foreign and local currency bonds. These ceilings act as a cap on ratings that can be assigned to the domestic or foreign currency obligations of other entities domiciled in the country.

The short-term foreign currency rating remains at P-1. "The Chinese authorities are successfully steering the economy through the turbulence of the global financial crisis and recession, and furthermore, they seem likely to remain vigilant to protect systemic stability from future threats and challenges," says Tom Byrne, a Moody's Senior Vice President.

bspm still the cheapest of all these guys at current prices IMO

i guess cnoa...but with that guy you still don't know the result of the litigation issue....and they still don't have the best reporting practices....i want a dip down to 80-90 cents to start something with that one

its very bullish to see them starting to ramp up their reporting practices on bspm so it is a more trusted issue with the investment community at large

holding conference call for the first time....that deal they did says uplisting coming soon etc....

its a buy up to 3.50...after that its a hold...4.50+ you start to think about selling some IMO

I actually bought more at $2.90 because that's the break-out point. Still some heavy selling/resistance at $2.90-$2.95 ... once we clear that, it'll be up to close to $4 in the blink of an eye.

I agree with Tiz's analysis that this is a buy up to $3.50, then a hold ... I will start selling around $5 because with uplisting in the near future (140 days appx) this is easily a $6 stock if earnings come thru solid (which they should).

I wont be selling any until after earnings.
