what about ccgy kuwlness? Taking a beating the last few trading sessions.....
Thanks
CCGY, brutal I know. People were very disappointed that they didnt give any additional forward guidance and a specific date for the plant to be up and operational. Talk about stupid. Seriously! They have just completed a monstrous expansion without dilluting shareholders, then those shareholders turn around and punish the stock for not giving more details. People do stupid things, so I capitalize on that uncertainty/idiocy by adding to my collection.
Current EPS expectation is .20-.30. The expansion should bring them up close to .40-.45/EPS. Throw at least a 5PE on that and you've got at least a $2 stock. However, in their industry, I'd expect a 7-10PE, so you can pretty much double that. My price target for EOY 2010 is at minimum $3, at most $5. .55 ==> $3 = 550% returns from today's price. I can wait a year for that. And that'd be on the low end. $5 would put us up around 900% gains.
Just gotta be patient with it for now and add away under .60. I dont see if going below .50, highly doubtful this will go much lower. I added another 3k today in the mid-.50s, which hurts because I was adding in the mid-.60s last week, lol. Ahh well, that's the market for you -- undervalued and still gets sold off.
Here's what another investor found out from IR on Friday:
Response from IR for clarification of last PR ...
Thank you for the feedback. Let me try to clarify the key messages in the press release:
1. Construction phase is finished.
2. All necessary equipment has been installed.
3. Company is testing equipment and making necessary adjustments.
4. Once testing phase is finished, i.e. Plant is fully-operational, commercial production will start.
5. Once commercial production starts, it may take 6-12 month to reach full capacity... (The constraint being market demand).
Assuming there are no issues with equipment... Commercial production could start shortly... We will make an announcement when that happens.
China Clean Energy sells mostly on the spot market. That is why you have not seen contract announcements.
I hope this clarifies the announcement.
