Best Board Game of All Time?

never heard of it.. explain

It's a tile-based game. Basically you draw tiles and lay them. Connect roads to roads, cities to cities. You want to complete roads or cities, and you get points for doing so. It's really hard to explain, you have to play it.

Not sure about ios but android has a free version where you can play against the computer.
