That's just it. No one knows how, so what makes you think OSU will? :think2:

BTW, there have been plenty of games where "Joe Public" (as you say) has made off.

This past weekend, in no particular order: Texas A&M, UAB, Mississippi, Tulsa, Nebraska, Kentucky, Stanford, California, USC, Tennessee, Clemson to name the ones I can remember off the top of my head. All prohibitive favorites. All "Joe Public" plays.

USC has the coaching and talent edge. Granted, OSU will hang tough for 1/2 and maybe into late in the 3rd quarter....but then the running game will POUND away and wear out the D.

I see a 10 to 14 point USC victory.
I agree

Looking at the card ... Oregon and Kansas jump off the page to me. I think even Miss. St.

I hammered USC at -3 when the books opened up with the line before the season started. I knew it was only going to go up after week one. Couldn't see USC struggling with San Jose and OSU absolutely dominating Navy for that spread to move down.

Take the over in every Rice game. Past 2 yrs. 20 - 5 to the over$$$$$$

well, really liking tennessee and BYU, and also going to be on florida (gator homer here), but I wonder why no love for navy -7 yet? was I the only one that was as impressed by dobbs and navy as I was unimpressed by OSU on saturday? I think I will be playing navy a lot this year...

But most importantly, all of those picks aside, betting on USC this weekend is pretty much like walking up to an ATM and deciding how much money you want to take out. DON"T over think this one with thoughts like "it's too public" or "vegas is asking for this or that" or blah, blah, blah..it is as simple as good team vs. bad team, good coach vs. bad coach, fast team vs. slow team, even moreso than it has been for the last few OSU big-stage failures.. They have already proven that they can embarrass themselves even when they have had much better teams.. This year, besides pryor, may be the worst team they have had in years! and USC is the same old USC...what 5-star recruit wouldn't want to play in sunny LA with the (second) best coach in the land and hang out with movie stars and bang models all day...don't overthink it!

forgot to add: Ga/S.carolina under whenever it comes out, as long as it isn't something ridiculously low.
