Ben still scoring 2 points a game but now is also barely playing, finally!

His NBA career looks close to being over. Wonder if he will go overseas when his contract is up after 2 more seasons---will he still be afraid of the ball/basket there also?

It's funny looking back. Just around 3 years ago when philly was starting to think Embiid and Simmons wasn't working that A LOT of people, even maybe the majority thought you should trade Embiid because Simmons had such a unique skill set that wouldn't be able to be duplicated.

That dude probably is quietly some world class violin player...

he doesn't give 2 shits about basketball. Pay me 40 million a year and I will pretend to care too.

No. He is around a minimum contract player at best now.

He is afraid to shoot. His rebounding is no longer very good. Still a good passer. Even his defense has fallen off.

Just have never seen a guy at this age and without a major injury just collapse into himself.

He got the big contract he got the fame and women. He really really doesn't want to be on a basketball court any longer.

To see an all-nba player and three time all-star quickly u-turn into a #1 pick bust has been astonishing to see----and for no real reason.

Early on weren't they foolishly comparing him to lebron?
I think common comparison was Draymond Green with a bit more athleticism/less field general skills

Now I think we can start comparing him to Kwame Brown

Usually I’m not a big believer in guys tailing off when they get that big contract

But man, Ben is the poster child for that

Tried to reserve judgment, but can defend him now
