Beer sales at college games?

true story, no beer sales at WVU games allowed but a few years ago someone snuck a `keg` into the game and had it in the student section

I think it depends on who owns the stadium. If the college owns the stadium they do not serve alcohol. If someone else owns the stadium they can. For example you can buy beer at Louisville games. they play at Papa John's stadium.

The main reason that I liked to go to Minnesota games at the Metrodome was that you could buy beers. Now with their shiny new stadium on campus, no beer available.... except for the fat cat university boosters in their box suites, of course.

A flask is a necessity for attending a college game, otherwise no matter how much you've 'prepared', you will hit a wall by halftime and either start nodding off or leaving the game early for the nearest bar.
