Chuck - The Bears are that bad. Just look at their schedule to start the season. Makes it worse that they have road games to start the season (including preseason they will play 4 in a row).

No running game + no pass rush + no Def Line = 4 wins. Bears making an early push for Clarett.

gl guys. I've just got a feeling the Bears might pull this off. Maybe they aren't as bad as they've shown, and how long can the Pats keep this up? They aren't exactly a flawless team, either.

Rohan is in early.

Not doing too bad either.

Score is 10-7 Bears but the pats just converted on a 4th down.

Antoine Smith finally is finding some running room.

We'll see if rohan can do the job here.

10-10 is not bad - but now we'll start to see who wants it more.

Bears coming out with the wedge.

I had a guy on my high school team who used to be the wedge breaker... anyone else know anyone like that?

Irrelevant call...

They shouldnt have gone for two but I think that they figured - lets go for two and call it a night.

And that they did. Pats up by 8 now and back into the red zone.

Fair Warning, The Bears are 7½ for the season win total. I don't see them getting there.

Thanks WB.

I hope week 1 vs the bills goes the same way.

I'll be anxious to see what the line ends up at.

Nice call Jaypaw.

It was obvious the Pats only wanted to use Brady for two series or the first quarter. The Bears ran the ball and used up over 6 minutes of the clock on their initial touchdown.

The Pats got the ball back with under 3 minutes remaining in the first quarter. I think Belichick figured he didn't want to use Brady more than the first quarter so they went to a no-huddle and drove down the field and scored on the first play of the second quarter. Davey finished the game for the final three quarters. Pats look real good right now.

I will say the Bears actually ran the ball quite well on the Pats last night. Things got so bad for the Bears in the end of the game, they had to put some starters back in on defense because they had so many guys getting hurt.
