I have fam in Cali....it’s not a complete lock down....still many people out and about many cars on the road....all this lock down stuff is overhyped....yes it’s much less but these are “restrictions” not “lock downs”.....when essential businesses start to close then start using the lock down phrase....until then these are “restrictions”. Only Trump can initiate a complete lock down we aren’t there yet, but it’s coming if these numbers don’t start dropping
