NO...NONE college football program would get within a country mile of Briles right now.

According to USA Today, Briles was the highest paid coach in the Big 12 last year
and he blew it by knowingly recruiting sexual assault recruits and then lying and
covering up for them. A coach might be hired after he murdered someone but not
when he lied and covered up sexual assault situations.

Briles will most likely be out of football for a year, then will probably be coaching in some capacity again in 2017.

In this era of politics, it is pretty hard to see a high profile program paying a guy $5 million when he and his staff tried to cover up rapes. Baylor is going to get sued here and the NCAA is going to drop the hammer on them, so it is hard to see another university taking on that risk.
