I've always been interested to know BAWG's performance record and his +/- on Units, but he always claims he doesn't keep track.
It was very interesting to see the 15 month aggregate from June 2002-Oct 2003 which showed him getting his ass kicked.
It's also been interesting seeing the past couple months of more solid winning.
Either way, it's interesting to see the numbers since they are otherwise unavailable unless someone tracks it, or BAWG himself were to do it. But he doesn't (allegedly) so I'm glad you do.
Oh, Anthony, it's a grin to see that even when someone is tracking a winning stretch for you and then pays you a compliment, you still wish death upon them....nice to see some attitudes never change.

And his little ass-clown buddy Firefly claimed to win enough every year on MLB to buy a new car. 2002 he seemed to be doing pretty good...2003 he also threw in the towel.

All I know about THIS thread right here is that it tracks Anthony, (oops, gay!), errr Bawg's posted plays for 2004.
I acknowledge that there have been more than a few threads here at RX that went all over the road as to who Bawg is, what Bawg really bets/does not bet, whether he gets breaks at another site,along with positive/negaitve comments about that same site.
I've even on less than better days, dropped some comments into those threads.
Last month I agreed privately with SP that I would desist from participating in discussions about Bawg that had any mention of that other (SP's) site. How SP runs his site is his business.
The only topic of THIS thread here is Bawg's 2004 record.
The only posters prior to my own last post were Dazz, a couple of guys who yeah, seem to hope Bawg loses his ass, and Bawg himself coming in and wishing death on Dazz.
HAT, you know that the Ibettor site went down when Michael stopped paying for it. I don't know why he stopped, because I don't have contact with him.
As for me, I just like these forums because I don't always have time to do the capping on sports like I would prefer and they make for a very legit way of spotting some leads on making CHING with my Short Term Investment Broker.
I'm one of the group who doesn't give two craps about how a guy writes it up. I realize many people DO like a good writeup. I'm just interested in performance.
Everyone I've seen in sports forums over past five years that posts more than a little bit, has good runs and then not so good runs.
Some guys post records, others do not. Now it's useful if someone does, for guys like me who are doing the fast skim on Saturday afternoon and want to pop a quick $20 play.
If they don't keep records, all I have to do is do it myself. It's not that hard, but frankly I don't do it much since I kind of know after five years who is who...I'm sure you have your own list of names that seem to make more sense with their pix than do others, and that list may be different from mine.
That brings us to BAWG...He's one of the old fraternity we started at VI in 1998 and has posted in pretty much the same style for that time. Some hot, some cold...just like me, just like you.
As noted above, it was 'his' record that came into question, once he started drawing a lot of Views at one site for an extended period.
He said, I don't keep records. Others said, oh no problem, we'll just read the archives and do it for you. It wasn't very good during the time they researched. Bawg tells them they're all wet, they defend with the archives, and everyone trades insults for a couple months that include insults to other sites.
Now we've got a simple Thread with simple straightforward W/L.
Here's what I've learned from the thread so far.
If I had tailed the plays on the thread with my usual one unit plays, I would be up a solid 17 units in five weeks.
I didn't, so I'm not.
After talking to SP last month, I decided I just wanted to see the numbers just as you or I can if we go to that Bestbettor site, which keeps records for people who take the time to post there.
If there are other motives you'll have to talk to Dazz. If he's really waiting in the weeds for a cold streak so he can say, "Hey Bawg sucks", then I figure he needs to get a life.
Me, I'm just looking for Hots I can tail, and colds I can Fade. I'd be stunned if your strategy (HAT) is much different.
The only reason I posted three days ago was to thank Dazz for tracking them, and yeah, to tweak Bawg about his death wishes, since he's quite simply only one of about three guys I've seen in sports forums the past 5 years who responds with such heat to people effing with him. Call it my weak spot if you will and forgive me if you can.
Literally dozens of other members you and I both know over the past 5 years will have a good streak, other members will come in and say way to go, and the response will vary from "Thanks guys, to yeah, I'm hot, or yeah I'm lucky" etc
And these same guys if in a cold streak might hear from others in the group who say, "Man dude you're getting killed"...or they'll post with a wink and say, I'm taking the Nets tonite to fade Joe, because Joe is sucking ass the past couple weeks".
Replies to that will vary from, "Come on give me a break...or yeah, I DO suck....or I'm trying hard, shut up"
I've only met three who respond with, "Come on out to where I live and I'll kick your ass. Or, I hope you get cancer...."
Its silly as shit, of course, and yeah, my own participation in any form is silly, if it's for any other reason than getting to the bottom line.
So give me the one post Thursday, and then let's all get back to sharing info. I hope Bawg or anyone else is on the HOT side, but I know for a fact that Everyone will not be. And I don't think it's a crime if one of us points to the Cold dude and sez, hey he's cold right now. Just make CHING.
Now this makes over TEN minutes I've used to discuss this topic in 2004, so now I'm back to just looking at info and records, just like you.
