huh?

I had this issue before as well. (at BETCRIS) I placed a Bonus Play wager on Boxing, and the fight was canelled.

I had to call back and get the Bonus Play re-aplied to my account. it wasnt automatic.

So I guess in OMT's case the Bonus Play money should be returned to his Bonus Play account?

why is Moneybookers no longer listed as a DEPOSIT option but it is still listed as a WITHDRAWAL option?

Because you are a U.S customer..situation is the same as NETELLER...for more info please call our csd.

I havent read Pinnacle's rules. But if that's all that it says, I can see why they are keeping it open. At Matchbook, the rules were the same as totals, stating that the game had to go 8.5 or 9 innings to have action. Matchbook had no choice but to void all bets, and Pinny.....I kind of think they have an argument. Live betting is so new that there is no precedent, only what is written in the rules.

If its not listed, any logical person would assume that we go by standard baseball rules... no?

It is completely unprecedented to allow an event to be continued on another day.

It is a STANDARD RULE, that all games must be played on Scheduled day to have action.

I play at BETCRIS

I have deposited via MONEYBOOKERS many times.

but all of a sudden that option is GONE. (deposit), but the option to WITHDRAW via moneybookers is still there.

Yes but the amount of the Bonus Play was not credited back to my account and I was told that it won't be graded until the game is completed. If it is No Action as it states, why not put the amount of the Bonus Play back in my account or put the points back in to my account. Either way is acceptable to me. Taking the dollar amount of the Bonus Play plus the points earned is not correct IMO.

that is why a HUMAN has to make an executive decision and MANUALLY credit him his Bonus Play back.

This is what was done when an event I bet on earlier this year was cancelled and I had used a Bonus Play.

It can be done manually. I am going to talk to a supervisor and see what he/she says. But as of now, the customer service representative specifically said the game had to be completed for my play to be graded yet it is not in pending wagers.

I think that since live betting is so new and works differently than any other bet......I think whatever the rules say regarding live betting is what should govern this decision.

Either way, what a mess to clean up for the books.

I have to believe that amstel had to have had something to do with it. If so, I would like to thank him as well as anyone else at Bookmaker for their expedious attention to this matter.

Trying to find out my self here..you should have the option.. could you please give CSD a call when you get a chance ask for nella..she is expecting your call..just mention "the canadian that has problems with moneybookers".

Ted, you you should be using your freeplays on something with longer odds than a baseball runline. I suggest 3 team parlays.
