Another Top3 Defense hosting the lower scoring Kings and this time the host is playing with two days rest while Kings are in second of back2back

Past three seasons, Top10Defenses play Under the posted Total in just over 60% of games when playing at Home with 2+DaysRest.

New Orleans past ten times in this role has seen only two games top 197.5 and one of them was last month when these very same Kings rolled in and upset them 105-96. In that game, the scheduling matchup was identical with Sac playing second in back2back (having lost soundly at Memphis the night before) and NO was playing with three days rest after falling at Houston. Since then, Hornets have peeled off ten wins in twelve and are fresh off a win vs perennial division champ SanAntonio. With two days since, we're confident that buzz will have settled down and now they can set their sights on jacking the Kings down solid with far less chance of overlooking them due to the Nov 19 upset.

Kings playing in second of back2backs this year average just 92 points and in the past five in this role average just 90.

Looking for Hornets to pin them to under 90 in this one. A 103-88 finish would fit plenty fine.

BULL pk (-110) vs Jazz $6

With their win vs Clippers the other night, Chicago - when playing Home After an Away - has seen the Home game finish opposite of the result of the preceding Away game 19 out of past 21.

Despite the rough outing in Boston Friday, only two Bulls (Nocioni and Deng) played more than 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, the Utahs played a full 58 minutes as a team in the double-OT and central cast members Deron Williams and Mehmet Okur topped 45 each.

Mix in that Jazz are just 2-7 the past nine times they've played an Away game following a SU Away Win and that they're 11-20 in their past 31 games playing a 3rdin4 Away. (3-10 in most recent 13) and we think we've got an okey dokey spot for Chitown.

We note that Bulls themselves are in a 3rdin4, but when playing such at Home, they're 8-7 past 15 chances. They've also managed to pull a 2-2 record the past four times they played a 4thin5.

The smart lineup management in Boston will be the key here. This one could be pretty darn close most of the way, but look for Bulls to pull away late if not already up. Possible 4thQuarter wager opportunity depending on what we see at halftime.

Quick note that PHOENIX playing Home vs teams with winning records are just 11-10 SU past 21 chances and they covered -4 in just nine of those 21.

Though they racked Denver solid both times in Arizona last season, this is a greatly improved Denver team that is playing Top10 defense since Billups arrived.

Nuggets are 6-4 in past 10 outings playing the second of back2back (3-2 when that game is Away). Their ATS record is same when graded at +4.

Even quicker note:

Miami since beginning of last season has played eight Away games coming off a SU Dog win. They covered +3.5 just once in those eight.

New Jersey in past six chances playing Home in second of back2back have covered -3.5 five times.

However, when playing at Home AfterScoring at least eight points higher than their overall average (currently 101), the Nets are 2-10 when graded at -3.5
