Fish we ain't doing too well here.
I know how stupid it seems when you're more upset about some stupid little birds than you are about close to two dimes gone. I'm sitting here thinking I must be nuts. I'm not even giving any thought to the streak of bad beats now... only my birds. See my bankroll ain't seriously damaged. I can hit a big winner tonight, but I can't replace MY DUCKS.
But listen I would really like to get Mrs. Jones and myself out of here and over to Selmon's tonight but seriously don't want this plague to spread to anybody else. So I am afraid of sitting next to a gambler.
I'm the type of guy who always put his left sani sock on first, never stepped on the white line running on or off the field and always tugged once on my left shirtsleeve whenever I stepped back into the batters box. Know what I mean? So I don't know what to do man?

Just spoke to the Mrs. and she would be happy to go tonight.
Now tell me tonight if you think this might mean something. I do need a winner! I am absentmindly rummaging around in a closet just now where I don't hang up the clothes I usually wear and haven't been in since I don't remember when and I stumble upon an Oklahoma State Cowboys sweatshirt I did not know I had. Then I remember Mrs. Jones bought it at a yard sale about 2 or 3 years ago. I did see it back then but paid no attention to it.... have never worn it and completely forgot I had it.
I haven't looked at the games at all at this point, but that obviously is a sign and I think a mojo of sorts. Okie State is the only fav I played last Thursday. -1.5 right now. As for the birds, we will drink a toast and get on with things. Heck we still have seven adult ducks left and maybe that is the right number and the glass is half full.
So we both shall be present and accounted for tonight. Hopefully our mood will improve as the evening wears on. Thanks.
