But the junkies are in every city. It's pathetic. Never saw this stuff twenty years ago. Let's just say it was much more infrequent. The cities are falling apart, bro. And the junkies aren't the only reason. The response to Covid has made ghost towns of a lot of city office buildings. THat means little support shops are closing up.That means coming massive bankrupcies. That means a decimated city tax base. That means the junkies will e taking over because there won't be any money to stop them. Scary stuff. But real.

Takagi water heaters on demand,running off AC..drains downhill to some trees and plants he has going in pots.

This one, i ran the power added a new pressure tank and pump at his well head..the improved pressure broke his 30 yo old waterlines..then I ran 500 ft of pipe to the building.

Guy spent a lot more than he bargained for, never blinked an eye. The kind of person you love to work with.
