Shoooouuuuuuuu, I don't know about this one guys. I'm an auburn fan and war-damn-eagle, but I re-watched the la tech game last nite with Miss St in mind and that 37-7 score was deceiving. It was a meeeasly 13-10 game at the half, and only thanks to wes bynum (nailing a 49 and 47 fg, respectively,) it was even that--AU could have been losing easily at the half with sloppy defensive play, including three 15-yard facemask penalties; moreover, AU only went up 20-13 due to the longest past play from scrimmage in school history (93-yards i think). Neither State's defense, nor any sec d, would've bitten on a basic pump fake as did la tech. The point is that the 500+ yards the tigers racked up were not all that I initially thought it was cracked up to be the first time I watch the game. Plus, the numbers say the defense played phenomenal but I digress, too much inexperience and youth right now in the backfield if State can pass worth a damn b/c I feel they'll be able to move the ball down the field in the running game.
I'm not saying, I'm just saying :smokingbb
ps - mccalebb is a freshman, what!?? guy's going to the shit.....
