I agree with that IP stuff.. For several years i used an anonmyizer proxy for all my browsings. It is also possible the he has moved within the last few years. My address that i bet with is 2 years old but my brother now lives there so i just keep using my old one. I know a guy who lives in San Jose who bets still using his parents old address in minnesota.. These in itself are not crimes, just people not wanting their actual address known by a book which in this day in age might just be smart

Hey SHRINK, if the money sent was fraudulent and money laundering and all that, then what is it the book is supposed to do?
1. Return the money to the player and report him?
2. Keep the money and report him?
3. Keep the money and don't report.
4. Something else????
If the player doesn't get paid, I certainly don't want WSEX to be rewarded for what's happened here. Would give books an incentive to keep fraudulent players who are losers and then report and dump them when they win. They should dump them immediately of course!

Oh and by the way laying 40000 on a game is not unheard of. I heard through a local that a lady who layed 50000.00 on a -3000 game.

Get to the facts of the actual bets and stop going on about stuff that has nothing got to do with the bets in question. You have been asked to make a judgement on the situation with bets been placed and bets not been voided before the game. So you should not make a comment on the morals of this individual as in the example of neteller closures, fraudulent money etc. You seem to me to be taking your eye of the ball....

The only way this bum doesn't get paid IMO is if he did NOT send real money. If he did send real money, and just the name of the person is fake, then he should not get paid in full because you can't just use anyone's name behind their backs without them knowing about it. But if that persons name is real and they are fully aware of it, then WSEX must pay it. Hey, if he gave the action to them, then they must honor it. Because had Revere lost 300k to WSEX, they definitely would have taken it and not said, hey revere, even though you used your buddies name, we are giving you back the 300 dimes you lost to us.. Yeah right. So unless there was major fraud here going on, like fake money or something close to it, this bum should be paid..
