SHRINK, Make sure you are playing at a book that grades 2-team teasers "no action" when you have a push and a loss. It is a ripoff when the book grades it a loss when a push is involved. Unless the book counts pushes as wins like Carib does. At Carib a push and a win is a winner.

777,

Jazz + ABC have 4 team 13 pt. teasers that let you use totals. 11/10 and ties lose.

ABC also has the unmatchable 11/10 2 team 7 pt. teaser.....TIES WIN!

That last one is a great deal by ABC. Can't find that anywhere else at a reputable shop. Made me send more cash just for that.

I have evaluated the following books rules for two team teasers: Olympic, Pinnacle, Euro, ABC, Blue Grass, Royal, Millennium, All World, Get More, Bowmans, Cascade, Holywood, and Rio/Skybook.

The differences are below:

ABC is the best with ties counting as wins and the lowest juice. Juice on a 7 point two-teamer is -110, 6.5 points is -107. If you have a loss and a push it is graded as a loss. All individual game ties in the teaser are graded as a win. So, two ties would be a winner. Basically it's like getting a free half point if the numbers fall right.

Rio-Has the same advantages as ABC with individual game ties counting as wins in the teaser, but the juice on a 7 pointer is -130.

Millenium--Has the second best juice on a 7 pointer at -115. A win and a push is no action, a loss and a push is no action.

Blue Grass-same as Millenium except -120 juice on a 7 pointer.

Royal - Grades all teasers with a tie in it as No action. That can help or hurt depending on what the other play did.

The other books listed at the top have the basic teaser rules. All have -130 on the 7 pointers.

Does anyone know of a book that grades a loss and a tie as a winner?

Shack nice post brother, thanks.

Teasers have a bad name to some but the sharpest of the sharp use them effectively in their arsenal.

Thanks McIrish/Strut.

I know in years past some books graded a push and a loss in a two-teamer as a win. If there are any more books out there with this feature let us know.

Anyone know of one? I don't think they exist anymore.
