Bucs-are you perfect? Do people expect you to be perfect? I hope you answered no to each. Your ruling is fine. Now atleast I know I can post my picks at anytime and you will accept them. That should make things easier. You keep saying, the play was edited. The only edit was done to say the play was put in the contest thread-and it was done so 5 minutes after I posted those plays and 9 hours after I posted the exact same plays in the thread you were in at 9am. As I stated I hit the edit button instead of the quote button, but that was 5 minutes after I posted and you were in the thread at 9am answering other posters, but not acknowledging mine. I have already had 6 units counted against me for not posting once and for posting 4 minutes after 7 the other time.
Sorry guys I have been away over the weekend. AAt my fiancee's house. I will be back sunday to update the standings. Thanx to bucsfan again and again and again and again and even more again for taking care of it in my absence. He4 is doing a teriffic job and he runs the contest when i am not around whihc because of my wedding is alot more times then not. So please adhere to the rules of the contest and I will be back Monday to see how things are doing.

I have followed this situation and,as one of the participants that is on the cusp,I am directly affected by this problem. What I find most disturbing is that the problem has deterioated into personal insults and certainly does not warrant these attacks. MFG I do not know you and, therefore, please do not take the following as a flame. I believe that we should be thankful to Bucs and MC for them giving their personal time and effort so that this contest is there for you, me and all of the other contestants. If they make a decision which is not to our liking then we have to live with it as others have done when the ruling went against them. Most IMPORTANTLY, we have to constantly remind ourselves that this is ONLY a contest and nothing more. The fate of the free world is not contingent upon the outcome of this contest and there are so many more important things in our lives. We have our boys dying every day in Iraq so how can we place a contest like this so high in our priority list that personal insults are hurled all day long? Personally, it makes no sense to me.
I would like make this offer to MFG: if I get lucky and make it into the second round, I will gladly give you my spot and bow out so that you can continue on. If that is acceptable to Bucs and MC you have my word on it. However, please remember that this is ONLY a contest. Good luck to you.

Myself and Bucsfan worked real hard on this from itsinception when we had 63 participants up until now. We worked hard to get the contest going and the rewards for the winners.

Madcapper and Bucsfan your work is very much appreciated. If the rule is no edited post then so be it. Let it go and move on. People have the "choice" of being in this contest or not. I realize that you two go to a lot of workevery night for this contest and I'm sure its truly appreciated by most all of the players.
I myself have been penalized for missing the cut off time but hey this is a FREEEEEEEEEE contest and it's for bragging rights. If you need the gift that bad then shit bet the games you put in here and make your own money. A lot of people do this for enjoyment and to let people know that they can handicap. Bucs and Mad Capper have taken time out of their day to bring this contest to us. If there was no prize would anyone be crying? Remember, there's no crying in baseball! If I don't make the cut, so be it, but it's a fun contest that is there for the purpose of gloating your name as the winner.Thanks again guys for all the work you've done!!!
