What about the video and call show it is racially motivated? If they wanted to just kill him they wouldn't have waited for him to attack or to tell him they wanted to talk. He was spotted by someone who called two other people. So, there has first hand knowledge seeing it. I personally wouldn't track down someone it that situation. That may be a reason they could be found guilty but legally they were allowed to approach him with weapons and talk to him. The one guy was a cop actually dealt with him personally and knew about his situation with a gun. Worst case scenario they are overzealous.
