let me get this straight, OBL is either dead or hiding in a cave because of Bush and atleast 1/2 of his top men are either dead or captured and he'd like to see Bush win the election. I see it a bit different, I believe OBL would like to see a clintoon type response which he'd receive from Kerry. The do nothing and hope OBL goes away, which we all know doesn't work. Kerry wants the UN to take over and issue another resolution (LMFAO). It's safe to say OBL knowing Kerry would let the UN start issueing more resolutions and more do nothing solutions OBL would be happy to see Kerry take charge and do nothing except talk just like clintoon did.
