CC--Sorry, I didn't see your message until now. Looks like hedging our Caps series plays w/the Rangers tonight isn't looking good (at least through the 1st period).

IMO, the Rangers have a great chance of winning tonight, particularly if Lundqvist continues to play out of his head between the pipes. You can tell the Caps were getting frustrated the other night, taking shots from random spots in the offensive zone. Frustration tends to lead to desperation, and the Caps are showing signs of being desperate. The Caps do have a strong home crowd, who should come out tonight PUMPED UP. However, the crowd didn't factor in the first two games, so an early goal or two by the Blueshirts could have the Sea of Red parting ways before the 3rd period buzzer sounds.

I've been changing so many diapers and doing feedings so much lately I haven't had a chance to post very much (let alone sleep).

Today is the first break I've had and that's because the wife is out and the baby is sleeping.

I've found a few minutes to put in a few wagers over the past week or so, specifically regarding Round 2 Series Plays. Otherwise, I've dabbled here and there on the games in Round 2, but nothing to speak of (relatively net flat).

So getting back to business....here's what I have for two of the Series in Round 2. I'll say my B's play after their first loss in Carolina is not looking good after last night's awful display by the boys from Boston. As for Detroit, I took 'em before the Series started at -300 (yes, a lot of chalk) and added some more after their Game 3 loss in Cali, resulting in a better "average" than the current line which is -270.
