My dad graduated in '56, spent 33 years in and retired as an Admiral.

Number 1: He has stage 4 lung cancer and got out of bed today and is having one of his best days in the last two weeks because this game is on television.

Number 2: His words: "Navy would consider this season to be a failure if they don't beat Army." And that is despite the fact that Navy has already won the Commander in Chief's trophy regardless of what happens here.

not many people actually bashed you for playing Army. Although I too was a Navy brat, I took the 16 points on game day.
