Lol, maybe Bart will do it for you too.

Glad I bought the hook on the Phil game. Too bad they missed several xps, they should have covered that game.

Anyway, for the week 8-3-1 +10.3 units

for the season 11-10-1 -2.4 units

I will try my best to get in the black next week.

ppeter,

I agree with your record at 11-10-1 -2.4 units.

olddog,

No problem tracking your plays as well, just want to make sure that when you say, "I like ...", that means you are making a play, not just indicating a preference.

If so, you are 3-0.

Austin +10 @ Orlando
Georgia +13 @Tampa Bay
Indiana +5 @New Orleans

Good Luck,
Bart

One thing to be careful of this year is that we are seeing lots of missed xps. They were never a sure thing anyway because the goal posts are so narrow in AFL, but this year teams are allowed to rush the fg kicker for the first time. I think the rate of missed xps has doubled because of that. I would therefore recommend buying the hook around all key numbers. Missed xps cost us a cover in the Phil game and a probable cover in the NY game.

I think xps are only getting made about 70% of the time this year. Which leads me to question why teams aren't just going for the 2 pt conversion everytime. I estimate the 2 pt conversion in arena ball is successful at least 40% of the time because of limitations placed on the defensive schemes to assist the passing game.

One final note is that because of the new rush the kicker rules we are seeing teams with crappy special teams getting their fg tries blocked and returned the other way. I would be leary of taking a team with a bad fg kicker or special teams coaching.
