True, I wouldn't call it a bet when you're telling them you'll put up all the money if they just post picks. You're right that's not betting, but it has nothing to do with the point of my post. Essentially, most offers you make them would be you paying them to put their opinion out there so you can ridicule it (which was the point of my original post). You have a win win situation for you, they don't take your money to post their opinion they're pussies, they get shit wrong and you bump threads crowing about what idiots they are. except that you're forgetting the fact that the ridiculed me for 2 years based on a .500 record. Plus the fact that if they win their posted picks....they win money and prove me wrong. In what world is someone losing money, getting proven wrong, while the other guy wins his posted plays a "win win" for me. It's actually only a win for me if they lose what they post. The difference being they are betting me heads up..... Not solely against a book. It is a contest between 2 gamblers. It is no win win for me. I'm assuming all or at least most of the monetary risk and the risk they beat me.....which would send these guys into a masturbatory frenzy.
