Are dogs racists?

I have a comment, a question, and a few rhetorical questions.

Whenever I've heard this topic discussed, Rottys came up the most frequent.

Do dogs owned by people of color bark at white folks the way some dogs owned by white people go after people of color?

Are black dogs more likely to be discriminated against by dogs with lighter fur color? The victim in the article decided not to pursue legal action. How long before we have a similar lawsuit in America? Will dogs be ordered to attend doggy diversity classes?

Aren't dogs color blind? Maybe the darker tint of gray startles the dogs. Dogs raised from youth by black people are probably used to the darker tint and aren't "racist". I don't know.
