I was a blackberry man forever... I keep cell phones for as long as they work basically... Tried the 4s on release date and still have it and love it... My carrier always try's to get me to get a new phone and sign a new agreement.. I'm good... My phone works great and I'm not under contract... The 6 looks good but ill stay with what I have until it quits.... Hell you can upgrade to the same operating system as everyone else...

I have the 4, not even the 4S. Time for an upgrade I think.

Apple deserves all the credit IMO for where smart phones are today.. If anyone had a smartphone before the Iphone , you should know what i mean. They raised the ceiling.

However, I waas REALLLY hoping Apple would have a waterproof or shatterproof glass with this latest unveiling. That's the biggest reason I want to switch...

That and the battery life. Hopefully the 6s is waterproof more shatter resistant. I'm tired of keeping a heavy case on my iphone

I don't think there is any benefit for them to make the phone waterproof and/or more shatter resistant. That is why I doubt we will see that happening anytime soon

That's cool. I've jumped in at least 3 pools not thinking and ruined phones

That water proof thing is a little gimmicky - I have the Galaxy and the port where the charger enters has to be capped shut perfectly - after a while the cap never seemed to cap off perfectly - then u have to remember plug the port every time u take it out of the charger - I'm certain if my phone fell in the water it would be fucked up

Probably it would not work well in Ocean water...

either way, I'm not going to try it. Lol
