I still think the DOJ is doing their level best in attempting to destroy the company, frankly its disgusting.

Does this company have bonds or other debt instruments?

I think its much more than that, the 50 million is what was seized by the doj that was in the ach "system" at the time. Can't see how they would release that back to the company or individuals since they say it funds from illegal gambling or money laundering which is a questionable charge. I'd like to see them prove it in court. They'll keep the funds and let NT pay back those who are owed that was not seized. They don't give back funds from drug dealers when they seize it so why would they give this back (at least that's what they told Hartley from MW)? They need it for the fight in Iraq I guess.

What about that poker player who won a ton of money and has it tied up in NT? They can't possibly just stiff this guy without a major lawsuit coming.

can we keep all the negative OPINIONS on getting Neteller money back to a minimum out of respect for those of us who are owed a bundle. Thanks

Is it possible that you could write this loss off vs certain net income on your tax return?

Of course this probably wouldnt be possible until the case is finalized, but its something to discuss with your accountant.

The money owed me is income not yet claimed so writing it off is not a problem. I do not claim income until I receive it. I consider a deal final when the money is in my bank account. My accountant is less informed than me, so he just does what I tell him to do pretty much.

I say yes, let's do it, I will volunteer my firm and when we are able to settle the matter for a 10% bonus on future deposits for all affected players with the reconstituted netteller and netteller pays my firm >$5mm in attorneys fees and costs as part of the settlement, I will quit working. This is a brilliant idea.
