Not if the paricipants of any such contest or bet elected someone who they all agreed trustworthy to hold the money UP FRONT. All involved would have to have a Neteller account and transfer the money ahead of time to the elected holder. I would like to do something like this possibly in the future for what I wrote 8 posts up ^^^.

What are we attempting to hide here? This is a gambling forum and if the feds or anyone is watching, they already know that we all wager on sports anyhow. We all post in the picks forum exactly what lines we are taking and how many units we are laying for goodness sake.
