i drastically quit down drinking pop (or soda whatever u call it) and shredded weight. Like, from 280 to 235 with very minimal working out (oddly), just eating better. The beginning is tough but you get over it and it becomes easy.
I mean I still have from time to time but truth be told when I drink a pepsi now it tastes really sweet and feels like my teeth are gonna fall out so its made me not too interested in drinking anyways.
Best part is, if u have a shit day and badly eat, you dont really gain cause of all the calories u saved not drinking shitty pop all day
