Back to what we're all here for, I think I read an Indiana WR went down today with an injury.

This should be an interesting opening game for sure.

Seems like most are on Indiana though which makes FIU more appealing to me.

Cal has to replace a first round QB and some other good players.

Hawaii had no good players to replace.

Take Cal and give the points for what ever you can afford opening week.

Thoughts on cal this year?

Cal is what they are. They'll be great on offense as Dykes' teams are but shaky on D (lost their top 6 tacklers from 2015). How do you replace Goff and their 6 top WRs? You don't really but Webb is a good football player so the offense will be good still. RBs and O-line will be fine. They have a really tough schedule this year and I think they take a step back from last year.

FIU only has 5 returning starters on Defense and their D-line is a big question mark with 3 new starters and both CB's are new starters too Only returning 2 of the top 8 tacklers on defense. Offense could be much improved as almost everyone returns. I like TE- Jonnu Smith .. but this that offense only managed a total of 7 points over last two games last yr vs Marshall and WKU although their was a lot of starters out with injuries. Indiana isn't the 85 bears on D either but do return their top 5 tacklers but also have question marks on D-line although should be formable with LB's and CB's... New QB but does get back a 1000 yard rusher in Devine Redding and top 3 WR's and has an solid O-line anchored by Dan Feeney ... I have Indiana by more than 9.
