It was exactly that. Ridiculous. Thats the "Public Perception" though thus what the Book can comfortably sell it at. TOR on this Blazing Hot Streak, Price 16-6 v. NYY, Yanks perceived as being on the Ropes....hell "Down For The Count" in some eyes...

Hopefully this will bring the cost to back TOR going forward more closer to Earth. You know some people got hurt with them and that absurd line.
