Sorry about dropping the ball on this one but I've been pretty busy at work.

bigbet will be there the weekend of November 15th/16th. Does that weekend work for anyone else?

Thanksgiving weekend is the 27th - 30th so the weekend of the 15th/16th wouldn't interfere.

We should still be there Sunday and Monday if you will be back in town.

OK, the dates have been set. We will be meeting the Saturday after Thanksgiving. That's November 29th and staying until Monday, December 1st. Some will be staying longer.

We will be staying at the Imperial Palace. If you want to stay at a hotel close to there then that would be convenient.

If we can get over 25 members confirmed. We can get the room for 2 hours, usually 5-7pm. No open bar but drinks will be served along with appetizers. Again, everything will be comped except for alcoholic beverages. Let's get a confirmed date asap.

Based upon the lack of response in this thread I don't believe we'll get 25 people. Maybe after the first of the year when we set up another one.
