Trust me, most of the guys you have will be action junkies and anything you offer on there, they will play (helping you in the long run). Why discourage them by offering limited hours? Personally, i wouldn't want to sit by the phone looking up lines for guys on a busy Saturday. Any potential customer, you can offer the site to see what you offer.
What do you do about line changes?
If I text you at 12:00 on Sunday 8-10 plays I want for 1 o'clock, do you text me back with the lines or do I text you the lines from a predetermined book as I'm making my plays? What if 3 lines change before you confirm?
There just seems to be a lot of variables
you cant wait 1 hr to make a play with me. you wouldnt do that by phone either. i have some try but if there is a change i let them know when they tell me what they want and then let them decide. my thought is if you text me wanting a line, you have an idea of what it is at via some other online place (vegas insider, scores and odds etc) and know which side or total you want anyway. so rarely is there a delay. 5 mins max.
I have a question. I play at a Pph shop and I hit (3) 3 team favorite money line parlays in a row, then couldn't play them anymore. But was able to bet underdog moneyline plays and parlays with the points. My agent (booike) says he doesn't control that. I think he does and after I hit him good he blocked that feature. Any thoughts?
