The only thing "general" about it would be definition of a senior.... And you're right multiple factors come into play when dealing with pure stats..... Just an example LBJ ( that would be x president Johnson had his gallbladder removed at age 64. He died at age 68 of heart related issue.
Stats are a moment in time.

Thanks much!! All these replies mean a lot to me.... I read one study that said "senior" males lived only about 4 to 5 years after gallbladder removal... The top 3 causes of death were fatty liver, cancer and heart attack.

a week before i went in for my gal bladder surgery, my dad had a liver transplant.. he's 59. He's currently recovering great.. The grim reaper was really knockin on my familys door a couple months ago. One of the craziest times of my life. Don't dwell on them studies, just think positive brotha , aint nothin to it! i bet you feel a hell of a lot better now that its out
