Anyone have any foreign money notes laying around?

Any of you cheap Fucks ever tip with foreign money, say at a restaurant ?

I've tipped with silver dollars ( real ones) before !, at a fair rate vs. cash... received really well one time, I gave one to a 40ish waitress, she had a son that collected coins, that was Cool ! Usually doesn't go over too well.

I gave up tipping in silver dollars, did it maybe 10 times.
