I don't think you will get very far in this effort to get paid, unfortunately. At best, you might get the latest deposit refunded, but not the previous ones.
If SIA did transfers with other books ( they don't, which is a sign of a bad book) you could leave the money there until you were 18, then transfer to another book.
In your case, ( you want the winnings, not just the deposit), a trusted friend over 18 with an SIA account that you could dump chips to in poker is probably the only option. I can't think of any other way. Even if you waited until you were 18, you might not get paid, if they investigate the account.
You pretty much screw yourself by playing underage.... you can deposit, but hard to collect. The books have a responsibility to prevent underage gambling, not being able to get paid is a pretty good method to deter those that are underage.

I don't think an A+ book like Betjamaica would pay him, either, some books would because they don't check. I wouldn't be likely to play if under 18, or I'd at least research it first, so as to have some confidence in getting paid, if I won.

e-check is fine, but not if the book would require documents, as SIA is well known to want. I haven't played there in a few years, they didn't have e-checks then. Few books do for US customers, which is the main market, I know you are Canadian, but still underage.

Try find some expert in photoshop who could edit your DL copy and change the birth date as entered in SI,then email them scanned file of that new file and you should be fine..guess only thing required actually is changing the year of birth.good expert could so without any problems..not sure where you find them tho,maybe on some photoshop forums on the net.
