Reno- its getting close, our 2nd bedroom has a desk in it and its over flowing lol. She wants to get shelves for the garage to stock more.

She gets 20 copies of the sunday paper with ads for $5. She also has alot of cash back apps on her phone from google play store.

There is an offer out there with coupons that the store should pay her to take packages of diapers. We have no kids, but a bunch of co workers expecting newborns in next few weeks

Wife does.. Girlfriend doesn't...

Could it be that the reason the GF does not Coupon is that she has not had the Good Fortune to have found a Mentor in this regard?

Couponers are, commonly, willing to take non-Couponers under their wong and show them the ropes of Couponing.

What about asking The Wife to help the girl out? Invite her over to the house, clip some coupons together, visit a few Couponing Websites?

Above ^^^^ should have read: "Couponers are, commonly, willing to take non-Couponers under their wing" not wong I don't even know what a wong is but whatever it is it doesn't sound like something anyone would want to be under.

Just build a Warehouse next to your house.

At this rate its only a matter of time before you come home one day and offload 40 huge bags of Kibbles 'n Bits (even tho you have no dog) and a wall of made out of boxes of Shampoo and Adult Diapers falls over blocking the door and you can't get out of the house and you have to call the Fire Department who then have to drive over and use the Jaws of Life to cut through all the boxes of Shampoo and Lord only knows what else to rescue the two of you from the house.

The Construction of a Warehouse would be great proactive behavior.

...On a serious note.

I'm fuckin' floored by that Shampoo deal.

DAYUM.

That Shampoo & Conditioner gonna take up a lot of Space.

You guys won't have to buy Shampoo & Conditioner again until 2027.

Probably run out of Shampoo before you do Conditioner though.

Shes heading out shopping to stock up on a few items, see how it goes

See if there is a store near you that sells Shelf Pulls. We used such a store, got amazing deals.

Ask Store Managers what becomes of the stuff pulled off shelves to make room for New Stock

In our area some stores would pile all of this pulled merchandise onto pallets to = large stacks of miscellaneous

then people would come in, bid on the pallets then resell.

Worth the ask cuz you find such a store? Goldmine. I bought ReliefBand Voyager Motion Sickness Bands for $5 each resold on eBay for $98

More applicable to you guys might be absurdly low prices on stuff you'd use. Prices inline with the Shampoo/Conditioner deal.

Used to make BANK on Revlon stuff and ConAir stuff because Factories were near me and they had Outlet Stores attached.

Returns to stores such as Nieman-Marcus, Macy's....other High End......any Dept. Stores really....

Find out where Returned Merchandise goes......Even Bigger Bank from Nordstrom's Returned Stuff & Overstock Outlet Store back when I was reselling on eBay...

...today and for a while now Too Many people found out....wolves lining up at the door used to be you could go in anytime find lucrative resell stuff...

Shop Ross for Perfumes/Colognes. High End at Low Prices.

Always locate Clearance Bins in SuperMarkets and Drug Stores. Target has Clearance throughout, at end of some Aisles.

FatWallet.com used to have Threads detailing how to get stuff for free.

Efficient $$$ Saving can go beyond coupons. What "Guerrilla Shoppers" accomplish would stun you.

the big thing right now is getting your walmart or other store to price match another locations sale, ie walmart in pittsburgh has big sale on childrens wagons, getting your walmart in texas in honor that price. it can be hit or miss at times, but the hits make up for it. shes in a few facebook groups, see people getting 20 boxes of diapers for free, $140 car seats for $20 etc.

great tool for young families. always looking to stretch money right now having just bought a house, getting engaged, fiance in school etc
