Haha there is NOTHING illegal about it. They are going after people who bet for others under their own name!!

Accounts at cantor are put in their own name, they are making the bets under their own name and account.

Where it gets illegal is if I place the bets under my own name or account for someone else.

Huge difference

WRONG as can be.

If you are not currently in NEVADA you cannot bet. If you are placing bets for people outside of Nevada it is against the law as much as playing in your own name.

Might wanna do some research and keep it off of a public forum if you wish to continue as a proxy. Not trying to bust your ball at all...just telling you the FACTS and what i know. My guy has been around forever and is getting spooked with all the questions. If you are betting at the top end of your 50-5000 range (which i doubt) you have reason to worry

Good luck Sir

Cause it will only let you log in if you are in Nevada. I log in and place their bets.

I have no access to any money, I can't cash out or add money, just only able to put in plays. When they want to cash out all they have to do is contact cantor and they mail them a check. BUT you can only deposit and open the account in person.

Hopefully the Mods delete this entire thread.

You aren't worried about them tracking like 8 IPs all to the same place?

I have a different phone for each acct...

If you think that matters i would caution everyone not to bet with you unless its a contest. You see these boothlings might not like you or be hard up for some easy $$$. More than one place has started giving bonuses for tips to stay in the graces of the Feds.

Do what you like.....i have warned you....I'm out

I know two guys who were IRS audited due to this.. So just be careful and I'm not joking.

Know of a few as well....they were nowhere near big players, but this guy treats my info like some kind of joke.

Just tryin' to help you out if you ever get pinched. I love what you are doing trying to help us poor souls not in Nevada but i would keep it off of here. PM's would be a better way to attract business....there are more than a few here who have asked to help get bets down

If you look at the rules at Cantor, Stations, etc they will tell you it is against the law.

They are cracking down on people who bet on behalf of other people in their own names, and the party who is actually making the bet isn't known.... Cantor the account is in their name, with the money they deposited and such.

But it's fine if someone doesn't want to do it, just letting anyone who might come down for march madness I have a couple open spots.

Actually they are cracking down on all. Cantor is doing backflips trying to get a license if the shit goes legit....don't think they are the only ones.

Im done here...tried to help. Breaking the law with mobile gaming is a fool's errand.
