Why can't a FanDuel come in and open up a book wherever they want?

Because it's not legal in Connecticut, and the casinos would have to invite them

If they could, I'm absolutely certain they would, I know they want to

My bank won’t allow with state book, however, you get a debit/ gift card which you can load with your winnings. I load the card from my bank, then load the sb

I see FanDuel in Va wil take P** P**. Then yesterday I get an email notice that PP is making some changes .. I hope some company comes along to give PP serious competition.
