It's really pointless to discuss music with people in general. So many factors play into why people like certain types of music, so many different influences, everything from age to geography. Is someone supposed to apologize for their eardrums processing sound waves differently than others?

People like different types of music. I might personally hate the type of music you like, but that doesn't mean the MUSIC is bad or gay or whatever; it just means that our personal tastes are different.

I think comparing music preferences and analyzing them and music reviews are generally worthless. Just my opinion, though.
